It was well organized. Dr. Keith Diffy was friendly to everyone. He always kept us aware of what we would be doing. What time to meet in the lobby or at the bus. He would organize a dinner ( optional) so we could meet each other.

Not much rail travel and the coach journeys were rather long, but well planned and varied

A very busy schedule which would benefit from revision. There was too little time in Quebec to explore the old city except fleetingly and the excursions in Montreal meant no chance to explore that city independently. The excursion to Mont Tremblant leads to a late return to Montreal and a rush to get to the Sugar Shack in heavy traffic. The Sugar Shack experience added nothing to the tour. Overall a number of mishaps beyond the control of the Tour Manager became frustrating, but overall the good moments far outweighed the bad.

Niagara Falls- train ride on the little railway up to Mt .Washington - The Sugar Shack -The wonderful sight of the foliage turning into wonderful colours .Many more experiences. Hotel in North Conway was to far from the town centre and no at very good for place for a place other than the hotel to eat.
