Built in 2004 and refurbished in 2007, MV Heidelberg is a deluxe ship featuring original works of art throughout. She has a bar, Panorama Restaurant, lounge, laundry service, a fitness centre with up-to-date equipment and a Wellness Spa, a sun deck and an infirmary with a qualified doctor on board.
The ship features six meals daily. Sumptuous meals are prepared by master chefs and served course by course, up to nine courses on selected nights. The dining is silver service and single sitting. Captain's Welcome and Farewell Receptions are provided as well as nightly entertainment and dancing. Dress for dinner is generally semi-formal except on formal evenings where a suit or dinner jacket is required for men and a cocktail dress for ladies.
There are 54 cabins, all of which are identical in size and beautifully appointed with a built in wardrobe, desk, shower and WC, telephone and radio. The cabins have either twin or queen-sized beds and most have full-length French doors. We include accommodation in C grade cabins on the main deck; upgrades to higher grades of cabins are available.
