Day 1 Eurostar
Eurostar

London to Cologne

Depart London St Pancras by Eurostar for Brussels, onwards by the Intercity Express to the heart of Cologne. Your hotel is located just minutes away from both the Rhine and Cologne's famous cathedral, the Kölner Dom.

Day 2 Cologne
Cologne

Exploring Cologne

The Kölner Dom is an ideal starting point from which to explore Cologne. The Dom is home to The Shrine of the Three Magi, a precious reliquary that, according to legend, contains the bones of the Three Wise Men. The 533 step trek up the Dom's south tower is well worth the e‑effort; from its observation platform you will be rewarded with a spectacular panorama of the city stretching as far as the Siebengebirge Mountains on a clear day.

Day 3 Brussels
Brussels

Cologne to Brussels

Before leaving Cologne today, head to the city's splendid botanical gardens for a leisurely morning spent in the company of 10,000 species of flora and fauna. Alternatively, for a spot of indulgence, visit the Schokoladenmuseum (chocolate museum) for a calorific treat. In the afternoon continue your journey to Brussels and your hotel.

Day 4 Brussels 2
Brussels 2

Exploring Brussels

No trip to Brussels would be complete without a visit to the resplendent Grand Place, the city's architectural crowning glory. Alternatively, for a sweet treat, head to Maison Dandoy, a traditional, family-owned Belgian biscuiterie that reportedly offers some of the best Liege waffles available in Belgium.

Day 5 Eurostar 2
Eurostar 2

Brussels to London

After a final morning enjoying Brussels, travel on board the Eurostar service back to the UK.
