Delve into the historic city of Bruges, famed for its enigmatic beauty and medieval architecture. In the city's charming Christmas Markets you will find stalls selling chocolate, lace and other local delicacies, all set within the city's alluring Old Town.
After boarding the Eurostar at St Pancras, you'll head to Brussels before winding your way through the Flanders countryside towards Bruges. On arrival, make your way to the hotel which will be your home for the next three nights.
Over the next couple of days you are free to explore this beautiful town and Chirstmas Markets good, sights and delicious food. You can indulge yourself by visiting the Sukerbuyc chocolate factory, where a small family business produce handmade chocolates. You can take a tour of the factory and taste some of its delicious produce.
The city also has a proud brewery pedigree, and you can learn all about it at Bruges' only surviving brewery, enjoying a guided tour and a tasting of Brugse Zot (Bruges Lunatic), the latest brew. And lastly the Frietmuseum, unbelievable but true, and certainly worth a visit, this museum is dedicated to the potato chip!
After checking out of your hotel its time to bid farewell to Bruges. You take the scenic route to Brussels, before returning home to London via the comfort of Eurostar.

The high speed Eurostar trains link St Pancras International in London with Paris and Lille in France as well as Brussels in Belgium.
Eurostar's Standard Class coaches feature two seats on either side of the central aisle, most of which is arranged in an 'airline' seating configuration with drop down tray tables. There are two tables for four per carriage. Passengers travelling in Eurostar Standard Class coaches can take advantage of the Bar-Buffet which sells a range of snacks, meals, hot and cold drinks - including Champagne!
The highest class of Eurostar travel available for leisure customers is Standard Premier Class. In your dedicated Standard Premier carriage you'll find a less dense seat configuration, meaning the seats are larger and you have ample space to relax and stretch out. As part of the service you'll enjoy complimentary drinks and refreshments, served at your seat by friendly, helpful waiting staff.
