After boarding the Eurostar at St Pancras, you'll head to Brussels before winding your way through the Flanders countryside towards Bruges. A great way to start your tour of the city is with a visit to the medieval Belfry that dominates the city's skyline. The climb up the 366-step tower is worth the e ort for the stunning panoramic view of the city below.
With its winding canals, turreted medieval towers and cobbled streets, it is di cult to resist Bruges' bewitching charms. Whilst there is much to be seen on foot, a canal cruise provides the perfect way to see the city from a different perspective. Alternatively, visit Minnewater Lake (the Lake of Love). Framed by elegant towers and populated by graceful swans, it's a relaxing, romantic retreat from the lively city centre.
A third day in Bruges gives you the perfect opportunity to head by rail for a day trip to Belgium's vibrant capital, Brussels. Amongst its must-see attractions is the awe inspiring Grand Place which is a treasure trove of architectural splendour. The Musée Hergé is also worth a visit to delve into the creative side of Brussels. Here you can trace the craft and development of Belgium's most adored comic book artist. It is packed with Tintin treasures, including first appearances and origins of well-known characters. Alternatively, for music lovers, the Musical Instruments Museum offers a fascinating insight into the history and development of music with over 7000 instruments.
Take the time for some final sightseeing before bidding farewell to Bruges. You take the scenic route to Brussels, before returning home to London via the comfort of Eurostar.

The high speed Eurostar trains link St Pancras International in London with Paris and Lille in France as well as Brussels in Belgium.
Eurostar's Standard Class coaches feature two seats on either side of the central aisle, most of which is arranged in an 'airline' seating configuration with drop down tray tables. There are two tables for four per carriage. Passengers travelling in Eurostar Standard Class coaches can take advantage of the Bar-Buffet which sells a range of snacks, meals, hot and cold drinks - including Champagne!
The highest class of Eurostar travel available for leisure customers is Standard Premier Class. In your dedicated Standard Premier carriage you'll find a less dense seat configuration, meaning the seats are larger and you have ample space to relax and stretch out. As part of the service you'll enjoy complimentary drinks and refreshments, served at your seat by friendly, helpful waiting staff.
