Eurostar – Information & Tours

Connecting the UK with Belgium, France and the Netherlands, the Eurostar is a high-speed international passenger-rail service. Launched in 1994, it has transported millions of travellers on their comfortable, convenient and fast services with speeds reaching up to 186mph. From London St Pancras, your journey takes you through the 31.4-mile-long Channel Tunnel. The train emerges at Coquelles in northern France, before journeying towards Paris, Lille, Brussels or Amsterdam. Leaving the Eurostar, you will step off in the heart of your chosen destination, ready to explore or make your connection to the rest of Europe.

Made up of either 16 or 18 carriages, each Eurostar train offers a modern and comfortable service in three classes: Standard, Plus and Premier. All benefit from free Wi-Fi, power sockets and access to the Eurostar café. Eurostar Standard has airline-style seating, while Eurostar Plus has larger seats with extra legroom, and a light meal and drinks served at your seat. The highest class of travel is Premier, with large seats and plenty of extra space, a select service of complimentary drinks and fine dining. In addition, priority gates, a generous luggage allowance and exclusive lounge access (where available) are all part of the Premier experience.

Eurostar Standard

Travel to and from Europe in comfort, with airline-style seating, drop-down tables, plug sockets and free Wi-Fi available. In Standard Class, you can take two pieces of luggage plus one small daypack or handbag and visit the onboard Eurostar café for all your refreshment needs.

Eurostar Plus

Our First Class tours travel in Plus class, allowing you to enjoy all of the amenities of Standard class, plus benefit from larger seats for extra space and comfort. Travelling in Plus class, you also savour a delicious two-course meal and drinks served at your seat.

Eurostar Premier

Sit back and relax with Eurostar most exclusive level of service. Unique menus are served at your spacious seat, luggage allowance is increased to three pieces, and you can take advantage of priority ticket gates and private lounge access (where available).
