About the tour
Uncover the beauty of one of Europe's most enchanting regions, the captivating Amalfi Coast.
The journey begins with two nights in the 'Eternal City' of Rome, where ancient landmarks and vibrant culture set the stage. From here, continue to the charming clifftop town of Sorrento, overlooking the glittering bay of Naples, the gateway to Capri and the Amalfi Coast.
From Sorrento, cruise along the sun-kissed Amalfi Coast, savour traditional cuisine at a local agriturismo and step back in time with a visit to the fascinating lost cities of Pompeii and Herculaneum.

Itinerary
Your holiday starts at London St Pancras, where you meet the Tour Manager and fellow travellers before boarding the Eurostar service for a morning journey to Paris, travelling in spacious Plus class with a light meal served at your seats.
On arrival in Paris, we change trains and continue our journey by First Class rail to the attractive medieval town of Chambéry, nestled at the foothills of the Alps. Once the seat of the Dukes of Savoy, the town is still watched over by their grand château, which dominates the picturesque centre. Officially recognised as a Town of Art and History, Chambéry's Old Town offers a perfect blend of culture and alpine charm.
Arriving this evening, we walk across the street from the station to our hotel, where we check in for the night and enjoy our first group dinner together.
