TOUR ADVISORS

Our specialist Tour Advisors are here to help you make the right choice of holiday, and to make the booking process as easy and as enjoyable as possible. They can answer any question you might have about our holidays; they can advise you all about travelling by train, the destinations, the hotels and even your free time options. Our Advisors will enthuse about the pleasures of rail travel, and the fun of travelling with a group. Yet, they are also able to advise you about the more difficult aspects of any given tour - making sure that the holiday you choose is perfect for you. The Tour Advisors will guide you through the booking process and will let you know about all of the services we offer. They'll make sure that you've given us all the details we need, as well as ensuring that you have all the information you require about your holiday.


CUSTOMER SERVICES

For additional information after booking, or for making the most of the additional services we offer, you will be directed to our Customer Services team. This friendly and enthusiastic team are on hand to assist in a variety of ways to make your holiday even more special. For example they can organise overnight hotels in London, giving you a more relaxed start to your holiday. For European departures you could choose a hotel convenient for St Pancras International, or opt for a more central location, allowing you to see the sights and enjoy an evening in the capital. You could even add theatre tickets to your booking and make a night of it.

The Customer Services team can also organise rail travel from your local station to either London, or to your holiday starting point for UK breaks. They can assist with an array of requests; and are only too happy to help enhance your holiday experience.
