Itinerary
Our fantastic Nordic adventure begins as we meet our fellow travellers and Tour Manager at London Heathrow ready for our flight to Oslo. Nestled at the end of a pretty fjord, Norway's capital is an innovative green city and is regularly praised for its stylish, modern architecture - although its long history is also prevalent in its churches, palaces and medieval fortress. With a centre that is becoming increasingly car-free with more large green spaces, it is pioneering a new future for our cities.
On arrival at the airport, we transfer by efficient rail to our centrally located 4-Star hotel near Oslo Central station and its historic cathedral. After checking in, we take a short walk to a nearby restaurant to enjoy a three-course dinner and get to know one another better.

The tour was well organised and led by excellent tour guide, Karen who had stepped into the role at the last minute. Each of the Cities has its own unique character with Stockholm being outstanding. The train journeys were well organised although scenery was not as interesting as I expected.

Great trip. Very well organised. Both tour and local guides were great. Hotels in Oslo and Copenhagen were perfectly fine. Unfortunately the hotel in Stockholm was not the same quality. There is a lot packed into the 7 days

An excellent short stay in the 3 Scandinavian capitals. Having a mixture or walking, coach and boat tour made it very enjoyable. Free time meant we could see everything we wanted. The tour leader Robert was excellent. The only negative was that the group size of 36 felt too big.
