Itinerary
Your holiday begins by meeting the Tour Manager at London St Pancras, ready to board the Eurostar in Plus class. Travelling to Brussels, we enjoy a light meal at our seats before arriving in the Belgian capital.
From here, we continue by First Class rail via Cologne to Bremen - an attractive city on the banks of the Weser. As part of the Hanseatic League of merchant towns, Bremen was an important trading centre in the Middle Ages and its historic wealth is still visible today. There is also a bronze sculpture to the animals featured in the Brothers Grimm's tale, the Town Musicians of Bremen, outside its 600-year-old town hall.
Our four-star hotel is a short distance from the station, opposite the sprawling Burgerpark and Holler Lake. This evening, we enjoy our first dinner together in the hotel's restaurant.
