“Excellent holiday, the hotel and variety of excursions were very very good. The single room was one of the best I have ever had. The tour manager was always on the ball, and the trains were of a very high standard, with the exception of the Colmar to Basel one. The food choice in the restaurant was limited - just a meat or vegetarian choice. The Sherpr service requires sending your luggage nearly 2 weeks early and at time of writing (a week after returning) I await the return of my case. Being based in a single hotel meant no packing and unpacking, and to say convenient for the station is an understatement. Switzerland is beautiful ,as was the great weather we were fortunate to have.
