£200 Monthly Voucher Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the £200 Monthly Voucher Competition ("the Competition") for email sign-ups organized by Great Rail Journeys. By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

• The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of Great Rail Journeys, their immediate family members, and anyone else professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

• To enter the Competition, participants must sign up for our email newsletter by providing a valid email address through our website greatrail.com.
• Entries are limited to one per person per month.
• The Competition runs on a monthly basis. Entries received after the last day of each month will be entered into the following month's draw.

4. Prize

• The prize is a £200 voucher redeemable against Great Rail Journeys' products or services.
• The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
• Any additional costs exceeding the value of the voucher are the responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received each month.
• The draw will take place within 7 days after the end of each month.
• The winner will be notified by email using the email address provided at the time of entry within 7 days after the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification, Great Rail Journeys reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

• Great Rail Journeys is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Competition.
• The decision of Great Rail Journeys regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Insofar as is permitted by law, Great Rail Journeys will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Great Rail Journeys, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
• The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
