Explore the US from the Pacific Ocean to the Eastern Seaboard on this amazing holiday by rail. We fly to San Francisco and discover the highlights of the city, including Fisherman's Wharf, the Golden Gate Bridge and the infamous island of Alcatraz. We travel by train along the San Joaquin route to Yosemite National Park before transferring inland to the bright lights of Las Vegas, Nevada. After two lively nights on "the Strip" we travel to Flagstaff and visit the incredible Grand Canyon. We explore Monument Valley before back-to-back journeys on the Durango & Silverton Railroad and the Denver & Rio Grande Railroad. We visit Denver and Rocky Mountain National Park, explore Chicago and enjoy a night at Niagara Fall. Finally we reach New York and spend three nights in "the city that never sleeps".
