Annual Leave
All colleagues receive 25 days holiday, plus the normal bank holidays. There's also the option to buy or sell up to 3 days holiday each year.
Death in Service
All colleagues are covered by a Death in Service benefit from when you join, which is 4 x basic salary.
Pension
Colleagues are automatically entered into our pension scheme. You can choose the level of contribution of either 4% or 5% and we'll match your contribution.
Company Sick Pay
After passing your three month probation period, we'll pay up to 7 days company sick pay (over a rolling 12-month period) to top you up to your full pay.

Refer a Friend Scheme
Our Refer a Friend scheme means that you'll receive an incentive payment if a friend or family member also joins the GRJ team.
