Very good, just minor hitches - although I requested decaf tea this wasn't available, only fruit and green teas. Lowest deck cabin a bit noisey from splashing water and chains being hauled on docking.

The experience of traveling along the Rhine in winter. The winter sunrises and sunsets over the river banks. The crew put such an effort in keeping everyone entertained. Nothing was too much trouble. Great Rail Tour Manager Gilly Sewell was so helpful and patient with all the travelers. Excellent cuisine. The other passengers were good company.

Just let down by the shore excursions.....we thought they were included in the (very expensive!) overall cost of the vacation....they were not. VERY misleading information and marketing. Still waiting for a response to my (paper) customer questionnaire.
