What’s included

Day 1 - To Malaga

Begin your Andalucian highlights adventure with flights from London to Malaga. On arrival self-transfer to your 4* hotel.

Day 2 - Granada

After a morning at leisure head to Malaga Zambrano train station before your connection to Granada, where you will spend the next 2 nights. The city of Granada is located at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The city is the heart of Moorish Spain, in the centre of Andalucía. Granada's culture, history and architecture are a delightful blend of its Islamic past and modern Spanish present.

Day 3 - The Alhambra

Today you will visit the Alhambra, with skip the line tickets and audio guide included. The entire city is dominated by the incredible Alhambra - one of the most recognisable buildings in Spain. Built in the 14th century, the Alhambra, literally 'the red castle', is a fortress, palace and small town all rolled into one. Originally designed as a military area, the Alhambra became the residence of royalty in the middle of the 13th century, and over the next few centuries the fortress became a citadel. Beside the Alhambra are the breath-taking Genera life Gardens, which cover the whole summit of the hill.

Day 4 - Cordoba

You will bid farewell to Granada today and head to Cordoba, where you will spend two nights. The beautiful city of Cordoba was once the largest metropolis in Western Europe. Remarkably, during its history the city has been capital of a Roman Province (Hispania Ulterior), an Arab state (Al-Andalus) and an Islamic state (Caliphate of Cordoba).

Day 5 - The Mezquita

Included today are skip the line tickets to the famous Mezquita. The magnificent mosque which was first built in the 8th century and re-consecrated as a cathedral in the 13th century. The Old Town, which surrounds the Mezquita, is a narrow maze of haphazardly winding medieval streets.

Day 6 - Seville

After breakfast you will journey to the old port city of Seville. The city played a key role in establishing and continuing trade with South America. It remains one of Spain's busiest ports. Close to the heart of the city is the Plaza Espana, a majestic architectural complex built for the Ibero-American Exposition in 1929. The square is surrounded by beautiful buildings, fountains, and tiled alcoves.

Day 7 - Seville

After breakfast enjoy a half day sightseeing tour of Seville. You will visit two UNESCO World heritage sights, the Royal Alcazar and the magnificent Seville Cathedral, the final resting place of Christopher Columbus.

Day 8 - Journey home

Self-transfer to Seville airport for you flights back to London.
