“Great Itinerary and Tour Guide. Outbound flight seat bookings was disastrous( for a few of us ) as we were seated separately far apart on our long flight. Fortunately our tour guide managed to get our homebound flight seats bookings sorted with HQ during our hols. Breakfasts were not included in all the hotel stays except we had one complimentary one after our first night's stay as an apology for muddled seat bookings. Rocky Mountaineer was 5 starts. The Canadian was 4 stars as the dome windows needed cleaning especially after the nights rain. Good service. Small coach used during transfers had very poor rear suspension with bumpy rides with resultant painful backs. 10 out of 10 for our amazing tour guide.
