Built in 2000, Viking Burgundy was designed to provide optimal views of the passing scenery and features Scandinavian-designed interiors.
Facilities on board include a panorama lounge and bar, library, gift shop, sun deck, laundry and a lift between upper and middle decks. There is a daily entertainment programme including music, dancing, folklore and lectures.
High quality meals of international and local cuisine are freshly prepared by the on-board chefs and served in the ship's restaurant during a single sitting. Dress for dinner is smart casual; more formal attire may be required for the Welcome and Farewell dinners.
Viking Burgundy has 76 cabins, all of which are outside and feature air conditioning, TV, telephone, a hairdryer and a bathroom with shower and WC. We include accommodation in D grade cabins on the main deck in the bows and have a bed settee, a foldaway bed and a picture window. Upgrades to higher grades of cabin in different parts of the ship are available
