We visit the tang De Thau Museum, where we learnverdant valley and boasting a wealth of medieval treasures. about the history of the shell-fishing trade, and sample freshly- Soak up the atmosphere of this village that feels frozen in caught seafood. This afternoon we embark on an informativetime, with its 9th-century abbey and Devils Bridge.tour of Saint-Guilhem-le-Dsert. Here, we see the towns most impressive sights include its Romanesque Abbey and the DevilsDISCOVER THE CAMARGUEBridge which spans a turquoise stretch of the Hrault River. Home to 140,000 hectares of wetlands and a menagerie of wildlife, the Camargue is a paradise for nature lovers. Also Days 3-4 - Palavas-Les-Flots and Aigues Mortes the region is home to unusual paddy fields which produce red rice - a fascinating sight in somewhere so unlikely.Today we visit an authentic Provenal farm and discover the life of its herders, taking part in a bull sorting routine. On Day 4 we take a tour of Aigues-Mortes. On Day 6, we enjoy a guided tour of historic Arles, the home of some of Europes best Roman ruins. We take in the stunning Roman Amphitheatre and enjoy the myriad of Romanesque architecture and sun-baked houses. Tonight we enjoy a farewell gala dinner back on board the Anne-Marie, as a perfect way to round off our wonderful French adventure. On Day 7 we make our way to Paris via Nmes for our Eurostar service to London St Pancras.
