Our hotels have been chosen based on their location, the facilities and value for money. Where possible we select hotels with individual style and character, preferably run by local families as we find this gives our hotels a friendlier, more personal feel. We have worked with many of our hotels for over a decade.

The 4-star Maritim Hotel Berlin is situated close to Potzdamer Platz and not far from all the main sights of central Berlin, such as the Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag. Designed in the style of the 'golden 20's' the hotel marries classic ambience with modern comforts. Facilities include a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, saunas, solarium and fitness room. In Dresden we stay at the 4-star Maritim Hotel, in a listed building on the banks of the River Elbe close to the Zwinger Palace, the Frauenkirche and Dresden's main sights. In close proximity to the picturesque old town, we enjoy elegant surroundings at the 4-star Maritim Hotel in Nuremberg, close to the railway station and only a short walk to the National Museum. The hotel boasts health and fitness facilities, swimming pool, restaurant and piano bar. Guest rooms include minibar, television, telephone, air conditioning, hairdryer and safe. The Maritim Hotel was awarded Great Rail Journeys' Gold Award for its outstanding customer service in 2009.

The 4-star Mövenpick Hotel in Prague is situated just outside the city centre. It is a short walk from the nearest metro station, which has regular, direct trains to the historic heart of Prague. The main building (where our rooms are located) is connected to the executive wing at the top of Smichov Hill by cable car. The hotel has two restaurants, a lobby bar serving a selection of snacks, a gift shop, fitness centre, sauna and steam room. The rooms are air conditioned and have a telephone, television and a minibar.
