Book early with confidence
If we reduce the price of our tours for whatever reason, we apply the reduction to everyone, including customers who have already booked. Booking early guarantees your place on your holidays, and you can be confident that you will always get the best price.
Flexibility once booked
Should you find you can no longer travel on your confirmed departure for whatever reason, and providing you let us know before the applicable cutoff date, you can change to an alternative date or a different holiday. A small alteration fee applies and full details are in our booking conditions.

No 'hidden' extras
At Great Rail Journeys, we make it clear on each holiday exactly what is included in the price and what extras need to be budgeted for. In the itinerary, occasionally we state 'optional' to indicate that an additional cost will apply.
