Hotel Beau Site, Rocamadour

We stay in the 3-star Hotel Beau Site, set in the centre of Rocamadour. The hotel, originally the residence of a 15th century nobleman, is now an atmospheric base, which retains its sense of history. The charming hotel has a swimming pool, lounge and inside terrace. The handsome restaurant enjoys an excellent reputation - not least amongst our customers. Bedrooms are comfortable and well-appointed, spread between the main building and the nearby annexe, and are equipped with a television, hairdryer and air conditioning.
The Hotel Beau Site has won a handful of GRJ's customer awards over the years, including the Silver Award for Food in 2009 and 2010 and the Silver Award in the 'Best French Hotel' category in 2011.

A rail holiday in the beautiful French countryside with a rich variety of experiences
Stunning Rocamadour, an ancient village dramatically built into the side of a cliff, is the base from where we explore the lovely Dordogne, a region of sunflowers, walnut trees, charming châteaux and picturesque hilltop villages. This is an area equally known for its rich history and gastronomy.
