If you want to book your Great Rail Journeys holiday as a group of 10 people or more, we are delighted to offer a 5% discount per person on the basic holiday cost. At the time of booking, a dedicated Tour Advisor will be assigned to you as your individual contact - ready to answer your questions and able to organise your booking and discount. Your Tour Advisor will also help to coordinate arrangements between the lead booker and all other members of your party.
On booking, we will issue the party leader with a full set of documentation for the holiday, including receipts for all of the money paid and an invoice for the balance payment. In the build up to the holiday, each member of the travelling group will be sent travel documentation, including a full and detailed itinerary and joining instructions. These can either be sent to the party leader for distribution, or directly to each individual member of the group.
We are able to arrange a personal tour for groups over 15 people. In these cases, the cost of the tour, as well as each individual element of the tour (itinerary, hotel, departure date, duration, travel class etc) can be discussed and arranged on a one-off basis, allowing you to tailor the tour exactly as you choose.
