The Zeppelin Museum in Friedrichshafen is the only one of its kind in the world, home to the world's largest collection of exhibits about the history of aviation. The Zeppelin collection traces the history and technology of airship travel, where you can really experience the dimensions and flair of these "airborne giants".
The main attraction is the accessible reconstruction of a 108 feet (33 metre) long section of the LZ 129 Hindenburg. It tells the life story of Earl Zeppelin who, with his airships, paved the way for the development of whole new branches of industry.
