Our Tour Advisors and Tailor-made Holiday Specialists are about as passionate about travel as they come. In their role they handle all pre-booking enquiries as well as creating and making bookings for our Customers and Travel Agents. They stay in touch with customers after booking to assist with holiday add-on purchases to enhance our customers' holiday experience, whilst ensuring they have the best deal possible.
Our Sales staff are people-people, they have a wealth of personal travel experience and love sharing their experiences and knowledge with our customers.
Our Trade Sales team are remotely based covering different regions across the UK and Ireland. Their role is to work alongside our key Travel Agent partners to develop mutual business. They spend time visiting agents, conducting trainings, attending trade shows and customer events, all to spread their expertise of Great Rail Journeys holidays.
