Contact Centre Assistant
We are currently recruiting a Contact Centre Assistant who is an excellent communicator and possesses solid influencing skills including listening, questioning, empathy and rapport building.
This position will work 22.5 hours per week as part of a rota provided 1 month in advance and will work between the hours of 8.30am and 8.00pm Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm Saturday and 10.00am - 4.00pm Sunday. This position will include Evening, Weekend and Bank Holiday working and flexibility may be required at times. Additional hours may be available in busy periods.
